  • Chairman

    William J. (Bill) Sandbrook serves as Chairman of Imperium Development. A 1979 graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, Bill served for 13 years in the Army followed by 29 years in the construction and heavy materials industry. While in the service, he obtained an MBA from Wharton, Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Public Policy from the Naval War College, and a Masters of Arts and International Relations from Salve Regina University. He holds his Professional Engineering License in Industrial Engineering. Since 2011, Bill was President and CEO of U.S. Concrete (NASDAQ: USCR) until his retirement in 2020, having also served as Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, Bill was President and CEO of CRH Americas Products and Distribution responsible for all North and South American operations. He is also the past Chairman of the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association and was inducted into the Pit and Quarry Magazines Hall of Fame. Bill currently serves as the Chairman and co-CEO of the Andretti Acquisition Corporation.

 
 
 

  • Managing Principal

    Greg has 17 years of commercial real estate experience and been a part of over $1.7B of projects in his career, focused primarily on the development of complex urban mixed-use projects. Greg is responsible for all sourcing, capitalization, and asset management. Before co-founding Imperium Development, Greg spent nine years as Executive Vice President at Terwilliger Pappas where he led the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining TP, Greg was Director of Preconstruction for Trammell Crow Residential. Greg is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Greg resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his family.

  • Managing Principal

    Mike is responsible for overseeing all operations, construction, and development execution. With over 15 years in the industry, he has successfully managed the development and construction of over 4,000 apartment units and $1 billion in projects in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Caribbean Markets. Prior to co-founding Imperium Development, Mike served as the Vice President of Construction at Terwilliger Pappas. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate / Construction Management from The University of Denver where he played NCAA Men’s Hockey and won two National Championships.
